Blueberry Vanilla Chevre. So here we have a fresh goat cheese log that's been rolled in sweetened, dried blueberries and flavored with vanilla. The sweetness of the blueberry really, really counterbalances the tanginess in the goat cheese. Hmm, I've only had a couple of versions of blueberry vanilla goat cheese. To my knowledge, there's really one major producer in the US who's making all the cheese for everybody who sells this style of cheese. This isn't my preferred style, but it is really good for what it is. It's very consistent with everything else that's out there.
