Now, you might what an instructional designer actually does ! Let me explain my job.
So, basically, a client, usually a , let’s say in bioclimatic habitat, has a problem and is going to need the skills of an instructional designer, that would be me.
The problem is, up to now, this particular trainer the lessons he had written, in front of learners, in a classroom, in a school or training company.
But because times are changing, particularly with the , digital learning is taking over in many training programs, and teachers have to and change the ways they used to work. For instance, the school might ask them to put their lessons . The thing is, they usually don’t know where to start.
They might have to the of their , the of the lessons and the results they expect to and .
This is why they need the help of an instructional designer, who is going to ask first many questions about the , in order to understand the of the learners and thus, of the teacher. The most important element is the objectives with the actual results you want to measure.
