Pancakes recipe - instructions



1. the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt in a large bowl. a well in the centre and the milk, the melted butter, vanilla, and egg.

2. with a whisk until the batter is smooth.

3. a pan or over low-medium heat. some butter or some oil. ¼ cup of batter in the pan and into a round.

4. When the underside is golden and bubbles appear on the surface, with a spatula, and until golden. with remaining batter.

5. with honey, maple syrup, fruit, ice cream or frozen yoghurt, or enjoy plain!
