Tina is talking about her country.

I live in the United States, which is a huge country. I come from the Seattle area, which is in the Pacific Northwest, in Washington State. If you look at a map of the US, Seattle is located in the top left corner. It is about a 3 hour drive south of Vancouver, Canada. The United States is a very large country, so it’s hard to make generalizations about people and life there, because to a certain extent, these things can be really different depending on where you are. I really love Seattle, not only because it’s my home, but also because it’s a very beautiful city. The people there tend to be very open-minded, so you can feel free to dress and act the way you want. There are lots of parks and coffee shops, cool museums, good regional food and local restaurants, and beautiful views of the water and the city skyline. The thing that I don’t like about Seattle is that it rains a lot, but it helps make our region very green, which is why our city is nicknamed the “Emerald City.”
