Listen and find the missing words

I’ve been to travel to several countries, though there are still many destinations on my . So far, I’ve explored France, Italy, Spain, and Germany, each offering and .

France was the first country I visited, and it left a . Paris, in particular, amazed me with its iconic landmarks like the Eiffel Tower and the Louvre Museum. I spent hours the streets, admiring the architecture, and in buttery croissants and fresh baguettes. The French countryside, with its charming villages and , was equally stunning.

Italy was another of my travels. Rome captivated me with its ancient ruins and historical significance—walking through the Colosseum felt like stepping back in time. Venice offered a completely different experience, where the canals and gondolas created an atmosphere of romance and tranquility. One moment occurred in Florence, where I a lively street festival. There were musicians, dancers in traditional costumes, and countless food stalls. The gelato I tried that evening, with its rich pistachio and hazelnut flavors, was the best I had ever tasted.

Spain, too, was full of vibrant energy. Barcelona with its unique architecture by Gaudí, especially the Sagrada Familia and Park Güell. Watching a flamenco performance was a , as was sampling a variety of tapas. I particularly loved the Spanish approach to meals—unhurried, social, and full of flavor.

Germany, however, didn’t with me as much as the other countries. I visited Berlin during the winter, and the cold, gray weather for exploring. While the museums and historical sites were fascinating, the constant rain and low temperatures made the trip less enjoyable. I suspect I would have had a more positive experience if I had visited in a warmer season.

these incredible journeys, there are still many places I haven’t had the chance to visit. Japan is high on my list; I dream of seeing the cherry blossoms in spring and exploring Tokyo’s dynamic mix of tradition and modernity. Australia is another destination that me. I’d love to experience the Great Barrier Reef’s natural beauty and even try surfing, despite my in the water!

Traveling has taught me to appreciate different cultures, cuisines, and ways of life. Each trip , and I look forward to discovering even more of what the world has to offer.
